Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer
I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-In-One Printer and gives me an error that won't let me bypass the screen even if I do a hard reset or install a new original cartridge. I was only able to use it with the trial cartridges that came with the printer but since the printer ran out of ink I installed the ones that HP offered with a plan when you purchase the ink through them. I already had HP support assist with this issue and the printer was not able to function. The printer still gave the same error. I don't know what else to do.
