Cartridge HP60 reporting as incompatible to my F4580

I have a F4580 and have been using HP300s. When I looked online i was unable to find these anywhere but the HP60 should be compatible. I have installed the HP60s but $100 later the software i have are showing these as incompatible - however they do fit (physically)!

Can someone please help? Is it my printer software? Or what is going on?

HP Printers - Find and Install Cartridges after Moving to another Country.  The printer needs to be regionalized to the new country.

You will need new cartridges from the country you are in at the time you contact HP below.

ok that is it! I moved here from the UK:/

So I need to regionalise my Printer. It does say that if i am in warranty that this will be done for free. However i am out of warranty. So does that mean i have to pay for support and then they will provide the correct drivers/solution? Or do i need to buy a new printer?

Ok so i bought genuiune HP Cartridges through http://www.clickinks.com/ Do I just all their support and they should know what to do or?

You will have to contact HP.  There is nothing we can do here.
