I am receiving the Cartridge Jam error. There is no paper jam, and nothing is obstructing the movement of the cartridge. I have followed the instructions of unplugging and draining the power. I have tried removing and cleaning the ink cartridges. I am not able to do the next step of installing the updated firmware as it states the printer is busy (presumably because of the cartridge jam error). I am at a loss and I only purchased this printer today. I was able to print a few pages before the cartridge jam error showed up. Incidentally, this error also arose after the last print job was out of alignment, where all of the other ones were properly aligned.
