Product: HP Officejet Pro 8615 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
8615 Printer, changed Cyan Printer cartridge, got msg that Black cartridge damaged. Changed all four cartridges, with new cartridges, then three out of four showed damaged. Tried to do hard reset, did not work. Tried to do reset to factory settings from support menu. The printer cartridge holder then stuck on the right side of the printer. Got the cartridge to move; the touch screen is now not working and the printer is not connected to my network. Touch screen says "Cartridge Problem". Any suggestions?
