Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Ink cartridge needed replacing and I purchased generic cartridges. On insertion the printer showed the following; Cartridge problem - one or more of the cartridges appear to be damaged, please replace with new cartridges. I contacted the supplier who said that the cartridges had been upgraded so may no longer be compatible. I then bought a pack of genuine HP cartridges and inserted these. The same message appears as before. I have performed all the trouble shooting that has been recommended and still the same error appears. Has anyone else had this issue?
