Welcome to the HP Forums, this is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are getting "cartridge carriage stalled" error message, I would like to help you resolve this issue.

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

  • Did you do any changes to the printer?
  • If the printer connected directly to the wall outlet?

Meanwhile

Perform a power reset

  1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
  5. Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector and printer.
  6. Turn on the printer.

Make sure the carriage moves freely

  1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.

  2. Open the exterior door, and then open the printhead access door.

  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

  4. Unplug the power cord from the power source or electrical outlet.

  5. Move carriage to the right side and try to remove the hose manually.

If this helps, please mark this post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others and please give the same public post a Kudos for my efforts to help.
Take care and have a blessed week ahead.

Let me know how it goes.

Cheers.
