Cartridge error

Hi,

When I replaced my cartridge I am getting the error message "the indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer".

The old cartridge number is hp 652 which is not available so I replaced with hp 680 which is compatible for this printer.

Please give me the solution.

To assist better-

1)Where was printer purchased?

2)Where is it being used?

Cartridges number depend on the regions, If your printer is being used in different religion then a region reset must be performed
