Hi, all of a sudden I have a cartridge error, orange light flashing and the icon ink bar flashing.

I have tried the suggested help methods with no success, so the only way I can print at the moment is by uninstalling the colour cartridge, print in black and then reinstall the colour cartridge.

I still have have the old colour cartridge so I reinstalled it, bingo, no error and it prints but colours are missing because its the old one. Reinstalled the current cartridge and orange error light come on??

So surely this is a cartridge error and the cartridge should be replaced??

Any help would be appreciated, I am on HP ink subscription.
