Hello there,
I purchased a set of new cartridges' for my HP printer. They got empty and I took them to the technician to refill them. When I got refilled them and inserted them back in the printer, it is showing an error message that 'the cartridges' are incompatible with the printer. Please order a genuine HP ink'. I have refilled these cartridges' 3-4 times. So am I in need to buy a new one. Or is there any other solution to this problem.
If there is any other effective solution other than ordering and replacing old cartridges' with the new one, then I would be highly obliged.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
HP does not recommend refilling ink cartridges ad it damages the printer.
