I have replaced 3 of the 4 ink cartridges in my HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 but am now getting a Cartridges Depleted error message and cannot print from either of my laptops - one is running Windows 8.1 and the other is still on Windows 7. I have checked various Help forums and tried their fixes, but so far nothing has worked

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
