I have replaced 3 of the 4 ink cartridges in my HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 but am now getting a Cartridges Depleted error message and cannot print from either of my laptops - one is running Windows 8.1 and the other is still on Windows 7. I have checked various Help forums and tried their fixes, but so far nothing has worked

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

You'll have to replace the 4th cartridge as well to print. Please go through this document: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-8720-all-in-one-printer-series/7902032/documen...
