Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

vorrei che la stampante OFFICEJET PRO 8710 funzionasse anche con cartucce non originali.

Ho provato a resettarla alle impostazioni di fabbrica, a disabilitare la protezione cartucce ma niente.

Presumo si un problema di firmware.

Come posso risolvere.
