Hi,

Can anyone help with this?  The certificate is not password protected and it is a .cer file.  The printer does not seem to take it and I can't figure out why.

Thank you in advance.

Solved! Turns out the maximum amount of certificates that can be held is 21.  I needed to remove a cert to make room and then I was able to import my new cert.  I just removed a cert coming close to expiration but I did export it first and I am saving it on the side just in case it is needed later.  I also found this article which also has some insight regarding certificates.

"This operation is not supported for the current selection." threw me off and should maybe say something such as "Maximum number of allowed Certificates has been Reached"

I tried exporting the certs as DER and Base-64 but still no luck.  I rebooted the digital sender and even tried a different browser but nothing.  I tried certs from my browser and my computer.  It seems like the printer will not take any certs.  I am thinking of removing some existing certs but am afraid if I do that it still won't work then I won't be able to re-import the certs I removed.  Firmware was also upgraded to the latest one too.  Any ideas?
