HP Officejet 4635 printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Display is in unreadable language.  All the tips...including HP's...say hit the reset button labeled with the picture of a wrench.  There is no such button.  Everytime I put the 4635 model number, HP acts like there is no such printer and kicks me to other models for answer to this question...maddening.  It seems like it ought to be simple to reset the language but I need to know how.  Help!

Welcome to HP Community

Since you are unable to read what is written on the display I suggest you perform a Semi Full Reset

I have sent you a private message with the instructions since these steps are specific to your printer

Please check your private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.

Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope

Thank you 😊
