Hi there, I moved to the UK from Australia and need help with changing country/region on my Photosmart 5520 Printer. I've bought 364 cartridges as you can't buy the Australian 564 cartridges in the UK and they are saying they are incompatible.
Please could I get some help with this?
My operating system is a macOS Ventura version 13.6.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are looking for help with a regional reset on your Printer.
To perform a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions:
Do you have the ink cartridges for both regions?
Do you have a printer USB cable?
Do you have the printer full feature software and drivers installed on your PC?
If you meet the above conditions then let me know the following details:
1) The operating system of your PC, is it Windows or Mac?
2) Confirm the printer model.
Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Hi Irwin, Sorry about my delayed response!
Yes I have both the ink cartridges for Aus & UK.
Yes I have a printer USB cable.
The printer is installed on my computer.
My operating system is MacOS 10.14 Mojave
My printer model is HP Photosmart 5520 (Model Number : SNPRH-1103)
