Printmaster
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been struggling off and on for over a year to figure out how to print envelopes on my Officejet 8610.  I purchased and returned Printmaster 2019 after I was unable to get it to work and purchased Printmaster 2020 in early January.  I have been working with their customer support (strictly through email) and they finally figured out that it was the printer causing me grief.  They provided a link that showed how to change the settings to 4x6 envelope and finally, finally, I have envelopes.  When I then tried to print on letter size paper, it centered the print and took 3 pages.  I went back to the Control Panel and changed the default to letter, but it returned to envelope.  Somehow, not sure how, I finally got a letter size page to print.

Could someone provide the steps it would take to go from letter to envelope and back?  Is it really necessary to go to the Control Panel to change?

I would really appreciate any solutions.

Thanks in advance,

Linda

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

You can also do it from the Printer software on the Computer by going to the Printer properties.
