I am getting the following error message: a problem has occurred and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved. Check your HP account for more information.
I do not have Instant Ink, and I do not wish to sign up for this. The serial number is [edit].
Thank you in advance.

Hi @joanie20,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
If you are getting the message to enroll in instant ink, you may ignore that option and continue with the setup.
If that does not work try the steps mentioned below.
Restore the factory-set defaults
Restoring the factory-set defaults returns all of the printer and network settings to the factory defaults. It will not reset the page count.
CAUTION: Restoring the factory-set defaults returns all of the settings to the factory defaults, and it also deletes any pages that are stored in the memory.
1. Open the HP Embedded Web Server. See Access the Embedded Web Server (EWS).
2. On the System tab, click Service.
3. In the Restore Defaults area, click the Restore defaults button.
The printer automatically restarts
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Thank you! However, I cannot access the service tab as I get a message to not proceed, as the connection is not private. It is prompting me for my login and password.
Is there another way to do a factory reset? Thank you.
