error message: A problem has occurred with your HP account and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved.
I have done a factory reset on the printer, and changed the password on my account. I still receive this error message.

Hi @janemlee,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you're encountering the error message "A problem has occurred with your HP account and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved" on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e All-In-One Printer, it suggests there might be an issue with your HP account or its connectivity. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
- Check Network Connection: Make sure that your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or device. A stable internet connection is necessary for the printer to communicate with your HP account and the HP servers.
- Restart Printer: Sometimes, a simple restart can help resolve connectivity issues. Turn off the printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
- Update Printer Firmware: Check if there's a firmware update available for your printer. Firmware updates can often include fixes for known issues. You can usually update the firmware through the printer's settings menu or by visiting the HP support website.
- Check HP Account Credentials: Ensure that you're using the correct credentials (username and password) for your HP account. If you've recently changed your password for your HP account, update it on the printer as well.
- Sign Out and Sign In: On the printer's control panel, navigate to the settings related to your HP account. Sign out of your account and then sign back in. This can sometimes help re-establish the connection.
- Clear Printer Cache: Some printers store temporary data that might become corrupted over time. In the printer's settings, look for an option to clear cache or temporary files.
- Check HP Account Status: Log in to your HP account on the HP website or app to ensure that your account is active and in good standing. If there are any issues with your account, address them there.
- Reset Printer Network Settings: As a last resort, you can try resetting the network settings on your printer and then setting up the Wi-Fi connection again from scratch.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
