HP OfficeJet Pro 9012e All-in-One Printer

Hello Community,

I'm experiencing a persistent issue with my printer. Despite the printer's display instructing me to check the device, when I visit the printer's website, I receive the following message:

"Internal communication error in the fax module. Contact support. Note: Printing, copying, and scanning are still possible."

However, this isn't entirely accurate. After resetting the printer to default settings twice, the error temporarily clears but reappears within a few hours. Contrary to the message, I am unable to print; I can only scan.

I have never used the printer's fax function and do not intend to use it. Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
