Ciao, la mia OfficeJet Pro 8024, non stampa più a colori. Le cartucce sono piene e originali, ho reinstallato driver, pulizia testine,allineamento ecc...ecc le ho provate tutte ma niente solo bianco e nero. Sapete indicarmi il problema? Altrimenti ne compro un'altra e non più HP ! Grazie
