Respected Sir,

I have registered this product with HP rewards lucky draw for my printer. But when i am clicking on the

button shown as "See Results"  given in mail provided which is sent to me by HP,

it is asking for User Name and Password. The website is diverting to remote admin tool.Upon filling the respective fields it says that User Name and Password do not match.

What should i do?

 

Another thing is that I am getting message to claim hp ink catridge for installing the original one, but the I am completing the survey which leads to page thank you. There is no message for ink catridge as claim. What should I do this for?

I understand that you are having issues claiming the rewards on your HP printer. First, please also install the full feature printer software drivers from here: http://hp.care/2oFOQnv Enter your HP printer details to get the full-feature driver download options.

 

Once you complete the installation, in the last screen will give you rewards options. Try selecting the rewards from here.

 

Also, check HP Rewards Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions to enroll with the HP cartridge reward options.
