Does this printer retain in memory copies of documents that have been copied, printed or scanned? If yes how do you wipe this memory?

You could perform a factory reset but the only thing saved in memory would be faxes if you have the device set to print faxes on a schedule. These devices simply do not have the memory space to store like a product with a harddrive would.
