Hello dear community, i tried to clear the print head, but HP Smart says there is another task so it cant clear. I think it means the failed print from my W11 Laptop with many printer problems (i tried to print a page but the printer did nothing). So my question: how can i clear the printer queue without cause new problems? Because nearly always when i try to solve something on the printer, the resolving causes a new problem, like as i cleared the printer queue the first time (see post: cannot scan after clearing printer queue).  Im sry for the long message and hope you can understand the problem.
