Hi @Certified7777,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error code 0XB94DA7E6 on your HP OfficeJet 4652 printer suggests a hardware issue. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this issue:
1. Reset the Printer:
- Unplug the Printer: Disconnect the power cord from the printer and from the wall outlet.
- Wait: Leave the printer unplugged for at least 60 seconds.
- Plug Back In: Reconnect the power cord to the printer and the wall outlet.
- Turn On: Try to turn on the printer.
2. Check for Paper Jams:
- Open the printer to check for any paper jams or obstructions inside the printer.
- Remove any jammed paper carefully.
- Close the printer and try turning it on again.
3. Check for Firmware Updates:
- Ensure your printer’s firmware is up-to-date. You can usually find firmware updates on the HP support website.
- Download and install any available updates following the instructions provided on the site.
4. Reinstall the Printer Software:
- Uninstall the current printer software from your computer.
- Download the latest printer software from the HP support website.
- Install the new software and try reconnecting your printer.
5. Perform a Partial Reset:
- Unplug the Power Cord: Disconnect the power cord while the printer is still on.
- Wait: Wait for 60 seconds.
- Press and Hold: Press and hold the # and 3 buttons on the printer.
- Reconnect Power: While holding the buttons, reconnect the power cord.
- Release Buttons: Once the printer starts, release the # and 3 buttons.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
