Hello, this is Bing. I’m sorry to hear that you are having problems with your HP color laserjet MFP M182n printer. Printing multiple pages after each print job can be caused by various factors, such as incorrect printer settings, outdated firmware, or corrupted drivers.
To fix this issue, you can try the following steps:
- Check your printer settings and make sure that you have selected the correct paper size, orientation, and duplex mode. You can also disable the separator page option, which may cause extra pages to print. You can access the printer settings from the printer’s control panel, the HP Smart app, or the printer’s embedded web server (EWS).
- Update your printer’s firmware to the latest version, which may contain bug fixes and improvements. You can update the firmware from the HP Smart app, the EWS, or the HP Support website.
- Reinstall your printer’s drivers and software, which may have been corrupted or incompatible. You can download the latest drivers and software from the HP Support website, or use the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool to automatically diagnose and fix the issue.
- Reset your printer to the factory default settings, which may resolve any configuration or communication errors. You can reset your printer from the printer’s control panel, by following these steps:
- Press the Home button on the printer control panel.
- Swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup.
- Touch Service, and then touch Restore Defaults.
- Touch Yes to confirm.

Your answer :
You can reset your printer from the printer’s control panel, by following these steps: Press the Home button on the printer control panel. Swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup. Touch Service, and then touch Restore Defaults. Touch Yes to confirm.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
but this printer has no touch pannel.
second, I click |restore defaults" but nothing happened, and same problem still there
