Print failure - If error repeats turn off and then on

Press Ok to continue

 

Tried the above - still did not work.

Tried turning off at power point and removing cord. waiting 60 seconds and turning back on with cord connected and at power point. (Not using an extension cord etc.) NOTE: tried this numerous times.

 

Tried the "Print and Scan Doctor' 

Print is still not printing all pages, only page 2 of 3

 

I am using Windows Version 10 Home Version 1909. (if this helps)

 

Can someone please help me with this continuous problem. very frustrating.

I understand you are not able to print. This seems like an issue with the printer driver. Let us try these steps:

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your PC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

 

Use the HP Smart app to print and scan from your Win 10 PC

Click here to download and know more about the app.
