Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The images below of are a color test pattern (upper) that was printed out & then scanned (lower). All of the color is bad with the printout having essentially no red. BLK ink works fine. Scanner works fine. All new genuine HP color cartridges. I've done all of the align & clean routines.

 

Any ideas as to how to proceed?  Thanks.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

Appreciate you trying the steps. This could be an issue with the printhead. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this issue, they should be able to help.
