Product: HP DeskJet 2742e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I printed out a receipt from a utility bill, initially in color, and the black part of the printout (everything except the utility's logo) had almost every line only half-printed (only a white-on-black header came out properly) When I reprinted it in black and white it came out normally. What would cause this? I'm not using any different paper, and the ink level of the color is twice that of black.
