Hi,

I'm getting vertical colored strips of different thickness  along the hole paper. The colors mostly consists of red and yellow. I have cleaned the running film and rollers twice.

This defect can be caused by either a bad toner cartridge or a failed transfer belt. Remove the cartridges and look at the blue/green drum on the bottom of cartridge. If you see matching lines on a cartridge there is a good chance you have a defective toner cartridge. If the cartridges look cleaned then open the back door and check the spongy roller in the back door. This is the secondary tranfer roller and if it is polluted with toner can cause issues, if there is not a great buildup of toner then it is the belt.
