How do I print using Colorsync? I am using an iMac with OS 10.14.1.

If you are using the HP driver you will see an option for Color Matching the printer features drop down menu.

In there you can select Colorsync as the color matching option rather than Vendor.

If you are using the Airprint driver then Colorsync is always used.

I do not find the same options that are shown in the figures you attached. In the Paper Handling tab in your figure, there is Color Matching tab and Screen Shot 2018-11-09 at 1.20.29 PM.pngyou can choose either Colosync or Vendor Matching. When I try to print a jpeg, I do not have either choice in the Paper Handling tab. Please see attached figure.
