seem to be having an issue with the alignment of the blue cartage - have run the colour calibration 20 time back to back and no change. Looked for some kind of alignment of calibration setting in the printers menus and the HP AP on pc but nothing. Machine was doing it with old cartages and have replaced all cartages and now also doing it with new ones.

I would look for physical damage as that is a huge shift in registration. If you find nothing out of line, type performing a factory reset on the printer and then performing a full calibration.

As an aside: Original HP or 3rd party?

Thanks for the reply - I have tried both official and 3rd party but same results. And run colour calibration 20+ times

Where would I check for damage? Nothing on outer casing that I can see
