Trying to get some advice on whether the print heads are faulty but when printing complete sections are missing on the sheet and the test page shows a whole black block missing and lines on the left. Cleaning have been done yet still no fix. Any advice welcomed. Thanks

Thanks so much for the reply.

My issue is the printer is out of warranty and the options online seem to be for printers with warranty - the chat option disappears also. All I am trying to work out is if the problem is repairable OR whether its best to replace the unit.

Any further guidance appreciated.

Best Regards

Alex
