Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer is not seeing the printer as being on.  I have the printer connected wirelessly but the computer is showing it as offline.  When I run the troubleshooter, it tells me to turn the printer on (it is on).  I can scan a document and it will send to the computer but I cannot print from the computer to the printer.  I am thinking it may be a Windows 10 issue but I am not sure.

Any help would be appreciated.

I also ran a network test through the printer and everything passed.  Not sure what to do from here.

I updated but that didn't solve the problem.

Ended up uninstalling the printer software and reloading the drivers.  This seems to have taken care of the issue.  So far so good.

I think the combination of the upate and reloading the drivers solved it.

So you're seeing a Printer Offline msg and you're on Win10? Microsoft released a patch, might be worth a try. Check out this link for details....
