HP DeskJet 2630

Hi,

I have just bought and set up my DeskJet 2630 wireless printer and after some initial issues I am all set up. However my printer now randomly prints the congratulations page (I have had 10 so far in an hour) and it’s all in a foreign language.

This is annoying because it is using up my paper and my ink and can’t seem to stop it?

Hi,

This is an alignment page that keeps printing. whenever you install cartridges for the first time the alignment process has to be completed or the page keeps printing.

below is a document which will help you with the alignment, watch the video in the document.

once the printer prints the page the page has to be scanned to complete the process.

Hope this helps

Hi,

it’s not the alignment page as that printed and I scanned it for alignment. It’s completely different to the alignment sheet that printed.
