I have a desktop without Wifi and a laptop with Wifi and a HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One .

Is it possible to connect the printer to the desktop via USB and to the laptop via Wifi at the same time?

FYI, you can always add WiFi to your desktop.  Just get a Mini USB Wifi adapter for about $20 or less and go!

Hi,

Yes you can, the down side is you can't use them at the same time (can't send print jobs from 2 machines at the same time, you have to wait the first one before send printing job the second one).

Regards.

Thanks

I installed the printer a year ago on the desktop via usb and all worked well. Now I installed it on the laptop via wifi and it worked well as well

But now it does not work on the desktop anymore even after a reinstall on the desktop. I see the printer on the desktop but when I try to print a test page nothing happens. What do you suggest to do?
