I have an HP Tango and I recently moved to a new apartment that requires a MAC whitelist. I added the printer to the WiFi through the whitelist and says the printer is ready to go. I am able to see the instant ink settings as well and see how my printer is doing with paper and ink. 

 

However, whenever I go to print it says that my printer is in an error state.  I run a diagnostic and says that the printer email address is not available, it is enrolled in instant ink, it is connected to the wireless network, and has no issue. 

 

Why is my printer running in an error state and how do I fix it?

Nevermind, I added the printer as a direct printer so it's only available for wifi direct. I will reset everything.
