HP Recommended

The touchscreen on my HP Officejet Pro 8600 has stopped working. This had not been an issue until I moved into a new apartment with a new router set up. Is there a way I can connect this printer to the new WiFi without using the touchscreen. If someone has any pointers, that would be great.

HP Recommended

You can run a new installation of the software, and use USB cable so that the setup will configure wi-fi settings and later you disconnect USB and continue to use wireless.

 

You can get replacement screens on eBay cheap and it takes only a few minutes to replace the screen.
