HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer

I have a 8025e. Several months ago I canceled Instant Ink. I purchased new ink cartridges from the store. I print using WiFi (no hard connection) and it works just fine, except, every single print job I get a message that says "Connection Problem. Reconnect the printer to the Internet so that the printer can automatically order replacement cartridges." I have to walk over and press OK in order for the print to come out. Every time. Annoying. I finally called tech support and they told me my warranty expired FIVE DAYS AGO so they wouldn't help me unless I paid them, which I wouldn't even consider doing. Any suggestions?

You need to reset the printer.  I think this will work

 

1. From the home screen hit the arrow key 4 times

2. Click Support Menu

3. Scroll down to Resets Menu and click okay

4. Scroll down to Partial Reset and click okay

 

If the above does not work then do a hard reset
