Since the hp app update, my devices will no longer connect to the printer. The printer is connected to wifi so can't understand why there's an issue. Noticed in the app reviews that I'm not alone with this problem. Can anyone help?

Have you tried to reboot your printer and also your Android device ? Other option: Use Google Store/Play to uninstall HP Smart app then re-install it.

Hi, thank you. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, disconnected, reconnected. Rebooted. Readded. The list goes on. The printer is connecting to WiFi, the app is installing, it finds the printer, but as for printing, something gets lost along the way
