Hi all,

I've been having issues with aligning the printer from when I first got it a few months ago, everything started by printed at a slight angle to begin with but due to what i was printing it wasn't much of an issue, but more recently text has started coming out more and more blurred and out of line.

The print quality diagnostic indicated that an alignment was required as many of the images had white lines through them, having attempted the alignment several times it simple states that it was unsuccessful and the issue persists.

I've been through everything on this page (bar having it serviced) https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c04855186 so I'm pretty stuck.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Soph

Hi @SophieL

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Alignment Unsuccessful and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps!
