Product: HP 8720 Pro
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Have tried all the tips up to service your HP, from checking all the spots of jams to cleaning rollers, still jams.  There is no small paper causing the jams, but it shreds anything going thru it.  Any other features before I have to toss my 2 year old printer?

Going through your post I see that the printer is experiencing frequent paper jams and I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.

 

If you have already performed the steps from the document Paper Jam Error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
