Anyone know how to contact the billing department for HP Instant Ink? I want to ask a question about how a monthly usage bill was constructed/formulated (Plan pages, Roll-over pages, Additional pages), as I cannot make sense of it.

Thanks, Paul. I assumed there might be an accounts office either in the UK or in Ireland (where the bills indicate that the business address is located, but no telephone number or e-mail address) and I am hopeful someone might still pop up with those details.
