Product: Envy Pro 6458
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just bought this printer. When we go to print it stops in the printer and the display flashes E then 1. If I press the red X the paper feeds out but nothing prints. Looking at some E1 error codes for other printers, it looks like it may be a paper size mismatch. However, the tray only goes up to 8.5 x 11 and can't go any bigger. I obviously can't make it smaller or the paper won't fit.

Hi,

 

This error, paper size mismatch hapens when the paper size setup its different bettwen the printer and software in your computer, go in the printer panel and set the tray paper size, after that in the printer software you need to set the same config, probably will resolved.
