Hello,

I have called several times to try to schedule an onsite tech to assist with fixing a duplexing issue I am having with one of our printers (Error: 15.21.A2 Jam in right door).

Every time I call the tech tells me that a different department handles it and then transfers me. I then get an automated voice messaging saying that my call can't be completed and the phone hangs up. Additionally, I have called back and been given a number to call that seemingly belongs to an unrelated company.

Is there any way I can get assistance with this printer without being given the run around?
