Product: HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer

Hello,

 

The yellow light on the right that is supposed to indicate printer door issues doesn't go off. I tried re-starting the printer several times but the printer shows offline since the light doesn't go off. 

 

Appreciate anyones help who faces similar issues.

I see that you are facing an issue with your printer.

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

 

- Error messages or Blinking lights (if any) on the unit.

- May I know which application you are using to print?

- When was the last time your printer was working fine?

- Were there any changes made to your printer or router recently?

- May I know to which device you are trying to connect your printer to eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?

 

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
