Coping document with some gold foil.

Attempting to copy document with some gold foil on it. In copies, the gold foil  prints black. Anyone have workaround? Youtube has videos how to print gold color. 

Question: If the printer can't reproduce a color, does it default to black? If so, can the black be changed to another color?

When copying scanner lights reflect from the foil in that way that printer interprets the foil is solid black. There is no workaround, printing in gold colour is a different process than copying gold foil.
