Hi @Trp157,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are getting an error:0xc19a0037 on your HP Officejet Pro 8630 printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
To assist better:-
- I would like to know if you had recently changed any ink cartridge on the printer?
- Are you using HP Genuine ink cartrdiges?
- Was there any update running on the printer?
While you respond to that, please follow the below steps to resolve the issue:
Step 1:Perform a power reset on the printer.
- Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP Recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet - Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
