I have the hp officejet pro 8025e. I am trying to print onto sticker paper from cricut design space. It will print, but it is cutting off the first part of the images. So only 1/2 - 3/4 of my image is produced on the page. Which also makes it to where the read lines for the cricut are missing so im wasting tons of paper.
I have used the same type of paper for over a year with only a few times it printing wrong. Now its every single time it wont print correctly. i already had my printer completely replaced less than a month ago

Hi @kelsrayy13,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It seems like you're experiencing an issue with your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e when printing onto sticker paper from Cricut Design Space. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and hopefully resolve the issue.
Check Printer Settings:
- Make sure your printer settings are correctly configured for the sticker paper. You may need to select the appropriate paper type and size in the printer settings. Consult your printer's manual for guidance on setting the correct paper settings.
Check Design Space Settings:
- In Cricut Design Space, ensure that your project canvas is set to the correct page size that matches your sticker paper.
Image Placement:
- Double-check that your images are correctly placed within the design canvas in Cricut Design Space. Make sure none of the image elements are extending beyond the printable area of your sticker paper.
Print Preview:
- Before sending the print job, use the print preview feature in Cricut Design Space to ensure that the entire design fits within the printable area of your sticker paper.
Margins and Scaling:
- Ensure that there are no margins or scaling settings in your printer or software that are causing the images to be cut off. Sometimes, there are settings that automatically shrink or enlarge the content.
Update Printer Drivers:
- Check if there are any updates available for your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e printer drivers. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause printing issues.
Try a Test Print:
- Use regular plain paper to do a test print of your design to see if it prints correctly. This can help you identify if the issue is specific to the sticker paper.
Use Cricut's Print Then Cut Feature:
- If you're using Cricut Design Space for cutting as well, make sure you're utilizing the "Print Then Cut" feature in Cricut Design Space. This feature helps align the printed image with the cut lines accurately.
Check for Firmware Updates:
- Sometimes, printer issues can be resolved by updating the printer's firmware. Check if there are any firmware updates available for your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e on the HP website and follow their instructions for updating.
By following these steps and ensuring that both your printer and design software settings are correctly configured, you should be able to resolve the issue of your images being cut off when printing on sticker paper with your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
