I set it to print. It dragged paper but it didn't start printing. The screen didn't give the message of printing as it usually did. After I waited for a couple of minutes I checked the process on my PC. It said that it was printing but the printer didn't do anything. I opened the paper drawer to see if something got stuck. I couldn't see anything. I opened the cartridge door and there was the paper that the printer took. I pulled out following the picture guide that is in there. There was no force. The printer actually helped by rolling a little bit back. I closed the door and then the critical error f0.01.01.02 popped up. Since then I'm not being able to do anything thought the screen of the printer or thought the app, which it says that the printer is unavailable. I checked inside to foreign objects. I found nothing. I pulled the pug. I tried to reset it as the manual recommends (open cartridge door and hold the power button for at least 5 seconds) but it didn't respond. The message doesn't go away. The only option that i get from the printer is to restart it, which I did, but when is back on the message comes back.

@MidnightV, Thank you for your response.
It sounds like you've done quite a bit of troubleshooting, and I'm glad to hear that the factory reset worked and your printer is up and running again.
Possible Causes:
- Firmware Corruption: It's possible that the printer's firmware got corrupted, either due to a power surge, interrupted update, or some internal glitch. This could have caused the F0.01.01.02 error and the perpetual loading screen after the reset.
- Software/Configuration Conflict: Sometimes, conflicting settings or an incomplete reset can cause a printer to get stuck in a loop. Removing and reinserting the ink cartridges likely helped reset the internal state, but it sounds like the loading screen issue was another layer of the problem.
What to Do If It Happens Again:
- Soft Reset: As you’ve already discovered, a simple soft reset by holding the power button for 30 seconds (while unplugged) can often clear small errors and get the printer back to normal.
- Firmware Update: If the problem seems related to software, regularly check for firmware updates to ensure the printer software is up to date. You can typically do this via the HP Smart App or through the HP Support website.
Since the factory reset worked, let's hope it doesn't recur! But if it does, feel free to post again, and we can dig a little deeper into what might be causing it.
Glad to hear you're back to printing! 😊
I hope this helps!

@MidnightV, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The F0.01.01.02 error on your HP Envy 6120e All-in-One Printer usually suggests a firmware issue. Please follow these steps,
1. Turn the printer off, and then on by pressing the Power button.
2. Update the printer firmware.
- From the control panel: Select Menu > Settings > Firmware Update > Auto Update
- From the Embedded Web Server (EWS) page: Select General > Firmware Update > Check for Update
- Go to HP Software and Driver Downloads, search for the printer model and download and install updated firmware.
3. If the error is not resolved, capture the printer diagnostic package.
- Connect the printer and the computer to the same Wi-Fi or Ethernet network.
- Retrieve the printer IP address from the printer control panel.
- Enter the printer IP address in a web browser to access the HP Embedded Web Server (EWS) page.
- Click Advanced, and then Proceed to <Printer IP> (unsafe) link.
4. Perform a factory reset.
>From the control panel: Select Menu > Tools > Maintenance > Restore Settings
>From the Embedded Web Server (EWS) page: Select General > Restore Default Setting > Restore
>From the HP Smart app: tap the printer image to open the settings and management tools, then tap Advanced Settings to open the printer EWS. Select the Settings or System tab, then Restore Factory Defaults or Factory under >Restore Defaults.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

It took some time to reply but busy life.
Well, I couldn't use the display of the printer because of the error not going away and the recommending way of resetting it didn't work. In fact the power button didn't work at all. So as I was checking inside the printer in case there was something broken (nothing was out of place or broken), I took the inks out. After I put everything back and back to power, the error didn't appear again. Instead, the loading screen with the HP logo appeared and never left again. Kept loading forever. Again the power button didn't respond. And I was wondering there must be a way to control the printer without the use of the app... (computer and app were saying that the printer was unavailable).
So I searched and found how to reset the printer from the printer (unplug the printer->while holding power button, plug it back in, keep hold power button until in the display the Back and Home buttons will appear-> press Home-Back-Home-Home-Home and I got the Factory settings. Since I have no clue what the actual problem was I did a Factory reset. Of course I had to do the setting-up from the beginning, but for once it's ok since it works again. I only hope I will not have to do this again otherwise it will be annoying. My question is what could be the problem and, if it's software, will get fixed at some point?
In case it will happen again in the future, I will post again here.
