Product: Hp 3520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
I've added a custom form in Windows 10 settings for this printer.
When I try to print I can't see my custom size in the list, even if I go in the advanced setting I don't even get the the "paper size" option.
I'm just wondering if maybe this printer/driver (HP 3520) doesn't support custom paper sizes?
Thanks

You are correct, your printer driver do not support custom paper sizes, it was manufactured prior Fabruary 2013 and an added form won't apply for your printer
This document is for HP inkjet printers introduced after February 2013. https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03890386
You may try using an alternate driver and check if that work, however it is not guranteed for your printer:
- From the Control pane select Devices and Printers.
- Right click the HP printer icon and select Printer Properties.
- Within the ports tab take a note of the por selected for your printer and close that window.
- Click Add Printer.
- CLick The printer that I want isn't listed.
- Click a Local printer or a manual printer with manual settings.
- Select teh same port as used by your printer and press Next.
- Press HP
- Click Windows Update at the bottom of teh list and allow it several minutes to complete.
- Once the list is listed again select HP Deskjet 6940 under the HP Category.
- Complete the steps to complete teh wizard, you may name the printer as you like.
- Now try printing the custom size using the alternate driver and check if that works for you.
