Product: HP Envy 5530-e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just need to know how to set a custom paper size.  I can do it on other printers but can not figure it out on this one.

Firstly you NEED to install printer software and driver to your computer then

 

(a) From application click Print,

(b) Click Printer properties,

(c) Pull down paper size and select Custom size,

 

You can create Custom size paper and save for future usages.

Did all that.  And have made custom sizes on my other HP Printer.  However on the envy that I have, when I follow those directions there is no offering fo custom sizes.  I have been trying to do this for hours! Such an easy question.  Or should be. 🙂
